ABOUT ME
I have been managing international and complex change and transformation projects for over 15 years.
As a project manager, I aim to bring structure to confusing and sometimes chaotic situations. I think it is important to create and communicate a path to reach our goal and to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page. I am a considerate and calm person who brings objectivity to a project and develops sustainable solutions step by step. I’m the kind of person who can work effectively with any stakeholders and gets projects done.

WHAT DOES GEMEVA STAND FOR?
Gemeva is a wordplay in German and stands for common sense.
For me personally, common sense primarily means thinking. Thinking doesn’t always help, but it may and that’s why we should absolutely try to make sense of us and the world around us. This means consciously thinking about my behavior, my motivation or the best course of action. I am guided by my moral compass and my principles, and I am aware about how my behavior or approach will affect other people. Common sense for me also means having the courage to go my own way, to be independent and to stand up for what makes sense.
